Job summary

Spectrum's Corporate Office in Westborough, MA seeks an Executive Director of Grants and External Funding to secure and manage grant funding for new or improved services. You will coordinate project implementation and ensure post-award compliance across funded initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of federal grant and RFP experience, with strong writing and regulatory interpretation skills. MS Office proficiency and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of relevant experience, including success with federal grant submissions and RFP responses.
• Ability to interpret regulations, policies and procedures regarding grants submission and administration.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain grant funding to develop new services or improve delivery models.
• Coordinate implementation of all grant-funded projects and ensure post-award compliance.
• Compile financial and non-financial data for grant reports and grant billings with Accounting.
