University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Graduate Admissions to lead policy, data, and operations across departments. The role collaborates with the Graduate Studies team and the Slate CRM to ensure consistent and compliant admissions practices.

Responsibilities include managing dashboards, annual fee reviews, and governance for graduate admissions, while overseeing system implementations and cross-campus coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep familiarity with admissions systems and data.
• Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with the Vice Provost for Graduate Studies on admissions policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Vet and implement enhancements to admissions dashboards to meet leadership and school needs.
• Oversee annual application fee review and advise on tuition deposit policy; liaise with Slate Team on system implementation.
• Contribute to governance and oversight of graduate admissions and the Slate CRM system.
• Manage annual updates and roll over tasks for the next admissions cycle.
• Oversee day-to-day central tasks of graduate admissions and website maintenance.
• Monitor trends in holistic admissions, international credential evaluation, and AI in applications.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
