Job summary

Seton Hall University is seeking an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment to manage day-to-day graduate admissions activities and support strategic enrollment efforts. The role emphasizes healthcare programs, collaboration, and data-informed decision making.

The incumbent will oversee outreach, events, and international recruitment, with occasional evenings/weekends and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong experience with CRM tools and Slate CRM is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data to track applicants through the process.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maximize recruitment strategy and campaigns using Slate CRM and technology to yield graduate applicants.
• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective graduate students across multiple platforms.
• Plan and assess recruitment events both on- and off-campus; include Open Houses and virtual events.
• Represent the university at local, regional, national, and international recruitment conferences and fairs.
• Support faculty program directors in engaging with prospective students.
• Develop a data-driven recruitment strategy for domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with the Office of International Programs on international student engagement and enrollment.
