Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution; master's preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in higher education, admissions, enrollment management, sales or marketing.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Experience with graduate program enrollment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement graduate recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Lead enrollment management team and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee admissions operations including review, decisions, and notifications.
• Manage CRM (Slate) and data reporting to senior leadership.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with campus partners to ensure smooth admissions.
• Market graduate programs and coordinate communications across channels.
