Job summary

Howard University’s School of Social Work seeks a visionary Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management to lead graduate admissions across on-campus and online programs. The role drives enrollment strategy, builds partnerships with the Online Program Manager, and ensures data-informed decision making to meet revenue and diversity goals.

The position reports to School leadership and partners with faculty, student services, financial aid, and marketing to deliver a seamless applicant

Qualifications

• MSW (preferred) or related Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Five+ years in graduate admissions, enrollment management, or related area.
• Experience developing and implementing enrollment or recruitment strategies.
• Experience with CRM, admissions, enrollment management or SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop enrollment strategy for on-campus and online programs with OPM alignment.
• Lead recruitment, marketing and prospective student engagement efforts.
• Oversee admissions processes, faculty coordination and timelines.
• Coordinate with the OPM for online program recruitment and performance.
• Monitor funnels, conversion rates, and enrollment projections with data dashboards.
• Collaborate with financial aid, marketing, and academic leadership to optimize enrollment.
