Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director of Government Pricing to lead all federally mandated price calculations, including Medicaid AMP and Best Price, ASP, and VA Non-FAMP pricing.

The role includes managing quarterly and annual reporting, analytics to identify pricing trends, and ensuring data accuracy with audit teams. As a key leader, you will drive GP checks, oversee reimbursement operations for Medicaid rebates, and ensure compliance with evolving federal and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration; an MBA/CPA/JD is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP).
• Oversee government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid rebates and IRA-related programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements; work with legal on CMS guidance.
