Job summary

Warman O'Brien is seeking a Director Government Pricing to lead government pricing across the US market. You will be the internal expert ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of pricing calculations, and review work from external vendors.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to maintain governance and support CMS submissions, with a focus on ASP, AMP, Best Price, MDRP, 340B, and FSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Government Pricing experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong expertise in ASP, AMP, Best Price, MDRP, MDRP, MDRP, 340B, and FSS.
• Experience reviewing calculations by third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal subject matter expert for US Government Pricing programs.
• Lead the review, validation, and approval of government pricing calculations prepared by third-party vendors.
• Own the calculation and oversight of Average Sales Price (ASP), ensuring timely CMS submissions.
• Provide technical expertise across government pricing methodologies including AMP, Best Price, ASP, MDRP, 340B, and FSS where applicable.
• Ensure full compliance with CMS, Medicaid, Medicare, and other federal pricing regulations.
