Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director, Government Pricing to lead federally mandated price calculations and annual/quarterly reporting. This remote, full-time role ensures data accuracy, GP governance, and strategic pricing decisions.

You will collaborate with Contract Operations, Market Access, and Gross-to-Net teams, oversee rebates and government programs, and drive data insights with Power BI to inform leadership and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA/CPA/JD preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in pharma/biotech with government pricing exposure.
• Domain: 5+ years focused on statutory government pricing calculations and compliance.
• Leadership: Proven track record leading technical analyst teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP) and related reporting.
• Institute GP checks, validate modeling setups, test GP changes, and assess business impact.
• Oversee government rebates/payments and FSS/DoD contracts negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements including MFP and price transparency.
• Collaborate with Contract Operations, Market Access, and Gross-to-Net teams.
• Drive data visibility via Power BI dashboards for proactive monitoring.
