Job summary

Topgolf in Florida seeks a Director of Instruction to lead all golf instruction at the venue, overseeing individual and group lessons, leagues, tournaments, player development series, and camps. The role involves growing the program through marketing, community outreach, and partnerships, while supervising Lead Instructors and maintaining equipment and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience teaching golf lessons across multiple skill levels.
• PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferred.
• Experience managing an independent golf lesson program.
• Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitors.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levels.
• Direct tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series at the venue.
• Grow the instruction program through marketing, community outreach, and partnerships.
• Develop and supervise Lead Instructors and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage club fitting, equipment maintenance, and budgeting for the golf services program.
• Work with events team to integrate lessons into event programming.
