Job summary

You will develop Lead Instructors, manage club fitting and equipment, and partner with events to deliver best-in-class learning experiences while leveraging swing analysis tech.

The role requires PGA membership, proven coaching ability, and strong leadership in a high-energy venue.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience teaching golf lessons across multiple skill levels.
• Experience managing an independent golf lesson program.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Golf Instruction: Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levels; utilize swing analysis technology and teaching aids; market the instruction platform; direct tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series.
• Grow the Instruction Platform: Grow the program through marketing, community outreach, and partnerships; work with events to promote lessons; develop player development series ideas.
• Manage and Develop Instructors: Manage and develop coaching and sales skills in Lead Instructors; build a team delivering high-quality guest experiences; hold instructors accountable.
• Manage Operations and Budget: Manage club fitting, club repair, inventory of tools and teaching aids; meet budgetary requirements for the program.
