Job summary

Make Golf Your Career is seeking a Director of Instruction to lead all golf instruction programming, including individual and group lessons, leagues, tournaments, and camps. The role oversees the growth of the instruction platform through teaching excellence and community outreach, partnering with the events team.

The candidate will work a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and extend hours during peak periods and high-volume seasons to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience teaching golf lessons across multiple skill levels.
• PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferred.
• Experience managing an independent golf lesson program.
• Familiarity with swing analysis and launch monitor technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf instruction for individuals and groups.
• Grow the instruction platform and community outreach.
• Manage and develop instructors and staff.
• Oversee operations and budget for the program.
