Job summary

Topgolf International in Florida seeks a Director of Instruction to lead all golf instruction at the venue, oversee lessons, leagues, and camps, and drive lesson volume with engaging programming.

You will develop Lead Instructors, manage club fitting and equipment maintenance, and partner with events to elevate guest learning experiences, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience teaching golf lessons across multiple skill levels.
• PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferred.
• Experience managing an independent golf lesson program.
• Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levels.
• Utilize swing analysis technology, launch monitors, and teaching aids in all instruction programs.
• Walk the tee line during peak times to market the instruction platform and offer impromptu lessons.
• Direct tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series at the venue.
• Grow the golf instruction program through marketing, community outreach, and partnerships.
