Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Director of Instruction to build and lead the golf instruction platform at the venue, driving lesson volume and developing Lead Instructors. You will create programming that keeps guests engaged and returning to grow their game.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on coaching, and a track record of growing instruction programs in a high-volume venue environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience teaching golf lessons across multiple skill levels.
• PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferred.
• Experience managing an independent golf lesson program.
• Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levels.
• Utilize swing analysis technology, launch monitors, and teaching aids in all instruction programs.
• Walk the tee line during peak times to market the instruction platform and offer impromptu lessons.
• Direct tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series at the venue.
