This role leads the standards, processes, and execution to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing networks while building a distributed, high-achievement engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering and operations.
• 3+ years leading engineering or technical teams.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and enterprise wireless design.

Responsibilities

• Lead network operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and rapid incident resolution.
• Define, maintain, and improve technical standards for client networks.
• Own site uptime, resiliency, and performance targets across regions.
• Manage cross-region teams and ensure consistent coverage and quality.
• Partner with sales on scoping, solution design, and diligence.
