Job summary

Senior TLC Gastonia seeks a Care Services Director to lead Center Managers, coordinate 24-hour care, and drive quality across PACE Centers. You will guide IDT care planning, work with the Medical Director, and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations while fostering a culture of compassionate geriatric care.

The role requires a BSN or related degree, along with 5+ years in health care management and leadership, preferably with frail elderly populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Health Care Administration required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with frail elderly population and health care management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Center Managers, On Site Services Liaison and Community Support Liaison.
• Lead IDT care planning and family meetings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate 24-hour care and supervise clinical education and training.
• Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with CMS and state regulations.
• Drive program growth, efficiency and continuity across PACE Centers.
