Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC seeks a Director of Fund Accounting to lead fund accounting operations for a high-growth, AI-focused fund administration firm. You will drive transformation in private markets through technology solutions and superior service delivery, mentoring a team of seasoned professionals.

You will ensure accurate financial statements, LP reporting, and compliance, manage audits and taxes, and collaborate with product teams to scale operations while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–12+ years of fund accounting experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity.
• Proven leadership in fund administration with team management experience.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and fund management best practices.
• Experience with SOC controls and advanced fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting processes, including financial statements, waterfalls, and LP reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and industry standards.
• Manage year-end audit and tax processes with precision and accuracy.
• Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and lead a team of fund accountants, fostering professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and adapt operational efficiencies.
