• Experience overseeing capital calls, distributions, and fund-related expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investment funding, and expense-related transactions across an assigned portfolio of private market investment funds.
• Establish priorities for capital activity and coordinate execution to ensure transactions are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Review capital activity for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with fund agreements and accounting procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and review of investor allocations, capital call and distribution notices, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor investor receipts and funding status, address outstanding payments, and coordinate closing requirements with Investment Operations and deal teams.
• Escalate unresolved funding shortfalls and complex transactions to Fund Accounting leadership.
