Qualifications

• 8+ years in fund accounting and administration within venture capital or private equity.
• Deep command of US partnership accounting and complex fund structures.
• Experience leading external fund audits and managing external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting for multiple fund structures and maintain accurate books.
• Run capital call and distribution cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage investor relations and resolve investor inquiries effectively.
