Studio Designer is seeking a Director, Development to lead a frontend-focused team responsible for the core features of our all-in-one interior design platform. You will shape architectural direction, mentor engineers, and partner with the CTO and Product to deliver scalable frontend solutions.

You will guide initiatives in frontend reliability, performance, security, and interoperability with services, while prioritizing customer impact and business goals.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software development or site reliability engineering experience.
• Experience operating SaaS software in production.
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.

Mansioni

• Lead and mature a small development team.
• Define architectural direction for frontend and platform infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and promote reliability best practices.
• Collaborate with CTO, Product, and other leaders to deliver frontend roadmap.
• Reduce frontend technical debt and improve scalability and maintainability.
