You will manage the application shell, module federation topology, shared libraries, build tooling, and performance standards while staying hands-on with code and guiding multi-quarter migrations.

The role emphasizes Vue 3, with openness to React/Angular/Svelte backgrounds; strong communication and mentoring are essential as you influence multiple teams across the org.

Formación

• 9+ years of front-end development experience with a track record of ownership.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals and browser knowledge.
• Proven ability to architect large front-end systems and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Own target front-end architecture, migrations, and module federation strategy.
• Lead performance budgets, code-splitting, and cross-team collaboration.
• Define and enforce accessibility, internationalization, and cross-browser support.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and drive architectural decisions.
