Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct management of fast-paced technology teams focusing on front-end engineering.
• Experience owning component libraries, monorepos, and developer accessibility tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of frontend engineers, UX developers and designers serving teams across Workplace Investing digital.
• Shape the modern frontend strategy, identifying improvement areas and driving optimization.
• Advance and enhance our enterprise accessibility tool suite.
