You’ll mentor teams, shape technical architecture, and champion AI-powered features, while collaborating with design, product, and engineering to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in front-end development with design systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with Angular and React.
• Strong CSS mastery including variables and theming.
• Experience with Web Components in enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in architecture, development, and evolution of the enterprise design system.
• Architect and deliver components in a multi-framework solution for UI building blocks.
• Drive theming and accessibility for brand consistency and inclusive experiences.
• Champion AI-powered features and automation using MCP services and modern docs.
• Manage lifecycle of design system components from development to deployment and versioning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration translating design principles into technical solutions.
• Mentor teams to foster learning, innovation, and excellence in front-end engineering.
• Advocate for performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability best practices.
• Develop documentation and working code demos to showcase component usage.
