Qualifications

• 8+ years directly managing fast-paced technology with focus on Front-End Teams.
• Ownership of component libraries, monorepos, developer and accessibility tooling.
• Deep background in modern UI and experience architecture and enabling consistent, high-quality user experiences across applications.
• Strong experience leading engineering talent, while setting clear technical direction and accountability.
• Experience developing technical leads and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of frontend engineers, UX developers and UX designers serving teams across Workplace Investing digital.
• Shape the modern frontend strategy of WI Digital, working closely with your team to identify areas of improvement, optimization and need.
• Advance and enhance our enterprise accessibility tool suite.
