MaineHealth's Freestanding Imaging Services Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to develop and grow the freestanding imaging program across communities we serve. The role requires building the program from the ground up, including site development, capital planning, accreditation, staffing and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field required; master's preferred.
• Professional certification in a diagnostic imaging discipline (ARRT) required.
• Current state licensure in Maine and/or New Hampshire where applicable.
• Experience with P&L, capital planning, and vendor management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the development and growth of MaineHealth's freestanding imaging services across the communities served.
• Lead site development, capital equipment planning, accreditation, staffing, operations, and financial performance.
• Ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging services with focus on access, efficiency, patient experience and affordability.
