MaineHealth seeks a Director to lead the development and growth of its freestanding imaging services across communities served. This entrepreneurial leader will build the program from the ground up, including site development, capital equipment planning, accreditation, staffing, operations, and financial performance.

Located in South Portland, ME, the role requires ARRT certification, state licensure as applicable, and a focus on access, efficiency, patient experience, and affordability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years developing, launching or operating freestanding/ambulatory imaging.
• Experience with P&L, capital planning and vendor management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic development and growth of freestanding imaging services across communities.
• Oversee site development, capital equipment planning, accreditation, staffing, and operations.
• Drive financial performance and ongoing program growth.
• Ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging delivery and improved patient access.
