Padgett Director of Franchise Sales

Padgett is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales. Founded in 1965, Padgett has over 50 years of franchise sales experience. The Director of Franchise Sales will work closely with our executive leadership team to rebuild our franchise sales program and accelerate the growth and expansion of our franchise network.

What You’ll Do

1. The primary role and function will be direct oversight of all lead generation and franchise sales, which includes working internally with franchisees on potential resales and/or transfers.
2. Drive pipeline of qualified franchisee candidates for single and/or multi-unit sales.
3. Create and manage all franchisee relationships as well as staying current on industry trends, which will include attending relevant conventions, expos, etc.
4. Ensure that all work is in line with the company culture and mission.
5. Continuously evaluate business processes to maximize the potential of the organization.

Our Ideal Candidate Education and Experience

1. 5+ years in a franchise sales role
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience preferred, but not required
3. IFA certifications preferred, but not required
4. Proven experience selling franchise opportunities
5. Demonstrated results in developing and successfully executing upon franchise strategy

Skills And Qualifications

1. Strong planning, organizational, motivational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
2. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
