This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the sales territory identified. The candidate must reside within the territory: MI, VA, MD, PA, IN, OH.
Who You Are
- Sales Consultant: Ownership of the designated market including franchise sales prospect generation, cultivating, and conversion to achieve annual sales goals. Build and implement pipeline to create conversion opportunities. Understand the brand growth strategy and articulate the brand value proposition. Engage in active networking and media strategy to reach growth goals.
- Entrepreneurial Mentality: Accountable for achieving individual, team, and brand growth goals through effective selling strategies. Participate in role acceleration training and ongoing development.
- Sales Advisor: Use CRM effectively to update pipeline. Develop due diligence presentations on prospects for brand leadership and ensure understanding among business partners.
- Collaborator: Leverage shared services support, stay knowledgeable on Brand FDD, market trends, data/analytics. Partner with sales enablement and growth teams to improve sales funnel effectiveness. Use tools and resources to support prospects and new franchisees.
Your Responsibilities
- Consultative: Manage the complete deal flow and sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
- Self-Motivated: Implement the brand’s sales strategy and meet/exceed sales quotas. Manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Collaborator: Engage with the brand, shared services, and sales teams to improve effectiveness.
- Sales Advisor: Guide prospects through all sales phases independently, leading meetings and discussions throughout the process.
Qualifications
What you must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development; real estate or franchise sales is a plus
- Business Skills: Ability to interpret financial statements, problem solve, and facilitate business deals
- Communication: Ability to deliver engaging presentations in person and virtual settings
- Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office
- Other:
- Approximately 50% travel
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Reside within the sales territory
