3P Partners in Salinas, CA, seeks a Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across agricultural and food manufacturing operations.

You will transform FP&A into a proactive business partner, strengthen forecasting and profitability analysis, and support automation and ERP improvements while developing a team of finance professionals. Reporting to the Division CFO, you will partner with operations, sales, and supply chain to drive margins and informed decisions.

Qualificações

• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
• Experience supporting complex, operationally intensive businesses; agriculture, food manufacturing, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability and translating analysis into operational decisions.
• Experience partnering with operations, sales, marketing, and supply chain leaders to improve performance.
• Experience implementing or improving ERP and BI systems, including OneStream, MS Dynamics, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across operations and corporate functions.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models with acreage, yields, production, pricing, costs, and freight.
• Own weekly performance reporting and monthly reviews, identifying variances and recommending actions.
• Transform FP&A into a proactive business partner with operational and commercial leaders.
• Support capital investments, new product initiatives, and business improvement opportunities.
• Lead implementation and adoption of FP&A systems and pursue automation/AI improvements.
• Develop and standardize financial reporting, KPIs, and planning processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a 3–5 person finance team.
