Pacific Staffing in the Sacramento region seeks a strategic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead FP&A across a multi-entity organization. You will partner with the CFO, drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, and deliver high‑quality insights to support executive decisions.

This hands-on leader will manage costing, KPI development, ERP initiatives, and process improvements, enabling scalable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-entity environments.
• Experience with ERP implementations and financial system upgrades.
• Ability to translate operational data into financial forecasts for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the strategic finance leader, partnering with operations to improve performance, manage costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate finance.
• Support ERP implementation, change management, and system adoption.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate complex data into clear presentations for the CFO, executives, and board.
