Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field; professional credential preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in Finance/Finance Technology or Transformation with 7+ years leading global teams.
• Deep experience with enterprise Finance platforms such as ERP/EPM (Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning) or similar.
• Track record of defining roadmaps and delivering large-scale transformation, including AI, automation, or digital Finance initiatives.
• Experience evaluating and scaling emerging technologies (generative AI, copilots, automation) in governed enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute the Finance technology and transformation strategy, leading era roadmaps for ERP and EPM systems.
• Define and lead a multi-year Finance AI and automation program prioritizing high-value outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable, governance-aligned initiatives across Finance, IT, Data, and Operations.
• Modernize end-to-end Finance processes across FP&A, close, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Accounting, and Shared Services.
• Establish governance for Finance technology, data, AI, security, controls, and SOX compliance while enabling innovation.
