Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with ten years of relevant finance/accounting experience in biotech/pharma
• Proven ability to develop financial modeling and analytical solutions for business decisions
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement reporting
• Proven track record of influencing and driving decisions with cross-functional input
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning, Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasting (IFRS/GAAP statements)
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
• Provide insights and variance analysis for senior management and Board
• Own analytics and variance analysis to inform decision making
• Collaborate with BP&A, controllership, operations, IR and BD for integrated planning
• Support automation, ERP/EPM initiatives and process improvements
• Coordinate with Procurement/Strategic Sourcing on vendor assessment
