• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting understanding.
• Proven track record turning strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning, Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasting.
• Build detailed financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver reporting and KPI insights to senior management and board.
• Own variance analysis and decision support for leadership.
• Develop calendars, templates, and communication to drive accountability.
• Coordinate BP&A with controllership, operations, IR and BD.
• Support automation and scalable systems (EPM/ERP).
• Collaborate with Procurement on vendor processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose action plans.
