Sentry is seeking a Director of FP&A to build and own the core financial planning rhythms for the company. You will lead company-wide forecasting and planning, management and Board reporting, headcount planning, and FP&A’s partnership with Accounting during the close.

You’ll translate strategy into financial plans and operating decisions with senior leaders. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on rebuilding processes, designing strong FP&A workflows, and delivering clear, decision-ready

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leading planning/forecasting processes end to end.
• Experience with NetSuite, Looker, and a modern planning/EPM platform (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Planful, Pigment, or Vareto).
• MBA or CPA a plus, not required.
• Experience partnering with accounting/controller on close (BvA, accruals, variance analysis) without owning transactional accounting.
• Experience building and presenting exec-level materials.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business partnership and judgment in FP&A.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own core financial planning and operating rhythms for the company.
• Lead company-wide forecasting, planning, headcount planning, and Board reporting.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly/quarterly close and provide variance explanations.
• Own company-wide forecasting, annual and long-range planning, and the consolidated model.
• Develop a repeatable cadence around budgets, actuals, and performance communications.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to leaders to inform resource allocation decisions.
• Improve FP&A systems, models, reporting, and data infrastructure.
