Job summary

Sentry is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis across the company, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure costs, AI-related spend, and vendor management. You will partner with Engineering and Finance to build scalable models, drive cost visibility, and improve gross margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related financial analytics roles.
• Experience forecasting, budgets, and variance analysis with business partners.
• Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, AI/LLM, or usage-driven costs.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau) and modern FP&A platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for major spend areas including cloud and AI.
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to translate usage into forecasts and improve unit economics.
• Develop actionable reporting on cloud/infrastructure costs, trends, and variances.
• Model financial implications of cloud commitments and vendor agreements.
• Build scalable expense-management processes and cross-functional budgeting.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting with variance explanations and accrual inputs.
• Contribute to company-wide planning and headcount forecasting with FP&A leadership.
