The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Financial Services and at least five years of relevant experience, with CPA eligibility encouraged. You will collaborate with diverse teams to optimize performance and ensure strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Services or related field required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• CPA designation or working towards designation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review financial information, statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare complex financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts based on trends and data analyses.
• Advise management on opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly to decision-makers.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to team members as needed.
