Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Commercial Banking preferred.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and high transaction volumes.
• Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, forecasting, and presentation skills.
• Exposure to acquisitions, deals, lending, or capital markets activities is highly desired.
• Manufacturing exposure is a plus, but deep financial analysis experience is the priority.
• Proven ability to be a hands-on contributor, not just oversee the work of others.
