Braven, Inc. is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support across the organization. You will partner with program leaders, Development, and the CFAO to translate strategy into actionable plans and robust dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of non-profit experience, budgeting, forecasting, and board-level financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual organization-wide budget process and partner with leaders to build budgets.
• Maintain rolling multi-year forecasts with enrollment, funding, and headcount assumptions.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership, Board, and Finance Committee.
• Partner with non-finance leaders to provide budgeting training and support budgeting tools.
• Own compensation and headcount budget modeling with People Team.
• Guide grant/funding forecasts with Development and ensure alignment with overall plans.
