Job summary

BrüMate Inc. seeks a highly analytical Director of FP&A to own planning, forecasting, reporting, and treasury relationships. You will partner with the CFO and executives to translate performance into actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.

You will manage a Financial Analyst, connect commercial forecasts with working capital, and drive KPIs while operating in a fast‑paced consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Strong three-statement financial modeling, cash flow, working capital understanding.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented problem‑solver with strong communication.
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling; ERP and FP systems experience preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present complex data.
• Experience mentoring junior finance talent and building teams.
• Independent, proactive, and able to operate in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with consumer products, retail, e‑commerce, or omnichannel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, long‑range planning, and monthly forecasting processes.
• Maintain and enhance financial models: revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow.
• Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and action plans.
• Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses for decision making.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across the business.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and executive management packs.
• Prepare quarterly Board materials with results and KPIs.
• Support lender reporting and treasury relationships as needed.
• Mentor and develop the Financial Analyst and finance talent.
• Collaborate with inventory/demand planning to align forecasts with finance.
