Job summary

R2 Global is recruiting its first dedicated FP&A leader to build forecasting, budgeting and reporting infrastructure from the ground up. You will own cash planning, liquidity, and performance metrics across consumer health segments with a strong emphasis on DTC and subscription economics.

You will partner with the CFO and Consumer Health leadership to deliver Board-ready materials, drive KPI discipline, and implement scalable FP&A processes in a high-growth, public-company setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as FP&A Director owning the full planning cycle.
• Investment banking background or formal analyst training strongly preferred.
• Startup or high-growth experience; ability to build from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on DTC ecommerce/subscription economics and unit metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, churn, margin).
• GAAP and non-GAAP reporting fluency; experience supporting public-company processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across segments.
• Own integrated cash and capital planning; primary deliverable for the role.
• Drive monthly KPI reporting and variance analysis for leaders; support Board and investor materials.
• Partner with Consumer Health leadership for DTC P&L ownership (CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, margins, payback).
• Build models linking subscriber economics to cash flow and capital needs.
• Develop scenario models for growth initiatives and channel expansion.
