Job summary

Drips is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to own forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis, turning numbers into clear stories for executives and the Board. The role offers high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership with influence on planning and growth.

You will manage multi-case forecasting models, collaborate with Revenue on monthly and quarterly forecasts, and contribute to annual budgeting while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate insights and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis to guide strategic decisions and growth.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and variance analysis across revenue, COGS, and SG&A.
• Prepare investor, lender, and Board materials with key drivers and fluctuations.
• Drive automation and insights using AI tooling to increase finance function speed and sharpness.
