Job summary

Drips Holdings, LLC seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to own forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis, turning numbers into clear stories for executives and the Board. You will leverage AI tooling to accelerate insights and support decision-making at the highest level.

In this high-visibility role, you will interact with senior leadership, guide planning and growth, and partner with Revenue, Finance, and operations to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A with ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear stories for executives and Boards.
• Familiarity with AI tooling to augment the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the multi-case financial forecast model; collaborate with Revenue for monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial statement reviews and variance analysis (revenue, COGS, SG&A).
• Prepare investor and Board materials, highlighting key drivers and fluctuations.
• Drive automation and insights through AI tooling; perform ad-hoc forensic analyses.

About the Role

Drips is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to help lead the business clearly and plan with confidence. In this role, you'll own our forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis, turn the numbers into clear stories for the executive team and Board, and use AI tooling to make the finance function faster and sharper. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and real influence on how we plan and grow.

Responsibilities

Forecasting & Budgeting

• Maintain and regularly update the multi-case financial forecast model
• Work with the Revenue team to prepare monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts by customer
• Assist with preparation of the annual budget

Financial Analysis

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial statement review and forecast variance analysis (revenue, COGS, SG&A)
• Maintain the 13-week cash flow analysis
• Evaluate business cases for sales prospects
• Run gross margin analysis for existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities for efficiency

Investor, Lender & Board Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial packages for lender and private equity investors
• Prepare quarterly financial materials for Board meetings, including identification of key drivers and fluctuations
• Present monthly financial results and comparison to forecast to the executive team

Automation & Insight

• Drive automation and efficiency in the function through AI tooling
• Perform ad-hoc forensic financial analysis to help management understand financial trends and anomalies
