Yona Solutions is seeking a Food Services Director for a long-term care facility. You will organize, direct, and supervise the dietary department, ensuring high-quality nutrition services for residents while maintaining compliance and budgeting.

This leadership role requires overseeing staff, planning meals, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, supervisory experience in food service, and certifications such as ServSafe and CDM/CFPP.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality from an accredited institution
• ServSafe Certification for Managers
• Certified Dietary Manager/CDM/CFPP credentials

Responsabilités

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff
• Trains workers in procedures and operation of equipment
• Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises dietary department functions and activities
• Maintains staffing levels and budgets
• Ensures department survey-readiness and regulatory compliance
• Promotes resident satisfaction and quality assurance
