Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is recruiting for a Director of Stock Yards Collective in Loveland, CO. This role leads the production and distribution site, driving standardization, productivity and safety while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities include planning, directing and optimizing cross-functional operations with full P&L ownership and a focus on customer service and cost control; strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years operations experience in food production/warehouse management
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Knowledge of OSHA, HAACP and other regulations
• Budgeting and cost control capabilities
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Directs site operations for the production/distribution facility or cut shop.
• Develops and executes strategic plans for production and operations.
• Integrates production, shipping, receiving, transportation, purchasing and sales functions.
• Maintains profitability by managing costs, inventory, losses and safety.
