You will own P&L, develop leadership teams, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align operations with business goals while enabling growth and excellent customer service.

Competenze

10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain/operations.
7 years of people leadership experience.
Proven track record in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational execution.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.

Mansioni

Provide strategic leadership for Prime Line locations and drive safety, service, productivity, quality, and financial objectives.
Own operational and financial performance across Prime Line locations and optimize labor, distribution, and costs.
Develop network strategies and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Customer Service.
Lead organizational change, coach leaders, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
