Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Production Manager to lead operations at the Stockyards Loveland, CO facility. The role is onsite five days a week (Mon-Fri), with hours 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM MST, focusing on production leadership and process improvement to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations/production management within food processing, strong Six Sigma/Lean knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of operations/production management experience required, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) production environments is a plus.
• Experience using Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing strategies consistent with overall business plans to ensure ability to deliver planned results.
• Develops a team and structure that can flex to meet business demands.
• Aligns priorities with the direction of the organization to meet customer needs.
• Manages production and labor scheduling to meet deadlines and quality specifications.
