Smart Foodservice Stores seeks an experienced operations leader to direct production and distribution activities at the Loveland facility. You will drive standardization, productivity, and equipment utilization while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities include planning long-term objectives, integrating production, shipping, receiving, transportation, and purchasing, and maintaining profitability through cost control and safety programs.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Extensive operations leadership experience in food production
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities
• Knowledge of OSHA and HACCP regulations

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site production driving standardization and productivity
• Direct planning and execution of long-term operations objectives
• Manage profitability with revenue growth and cost control
• Ensure safety, compliance and ergonomics across operations
• Delegate to managers and enforce company policies
