Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee high-quality restaurant-style dining for residents, guests, and staff. You will plan and direct Fine Dining, Bistros, Resident dining, and Household dining to ensure nutritious meals, compliance, and clean, safe operations.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, collaborate with leadership, and ensure menus and recipes meet EverTrue standards. Strong hospitality background and ServSafe certification are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in food service/hospitality/culinary management in senior living or hospitality.
• Degree in food service or hospitality management preferred; CDM/CFPP is a plus; ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the Dining Services programs.
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage Dining Services staff and performance.
• Maintain QA programs; ensure menus meet nutritional and policy standards.
• Manage purchasing, equipment, and supplies; ensure proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop budget with Executive Director and track finances for staffing, purchasing, production, and service.
• Provide reports and recommendations to leadership about department operations.
• Coordinate with Household dining operations and other departments.
• Inspect storage areas and equipment; control supplies.
• Develop plans of correction from survey findings.
• Maintain written policies and procedures for the department.
