Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, including 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings. You will partner with Legal, Investor Relations, and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely external reporting.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years of accounting experience, and strong Big 4/public company background. This is a hybrid position with offices nationwide and collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance required.
• Active CPA license mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with public company exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting, external financial reporting, and filing of Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K.
• Serve as internal SME on U.S. GAAP matters and policy development; manage accounting memos.
• Own SOX controls liaison, audit coordination, and ensure timely close and reporting.
