Job summary

AOI is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the company’s external reporting function as we expand our U.S. manufacturing operations to support growing AI datacenter demand.

Reporting to the Controller and CFO, the Director will oversee SEC filings, disclosures, and technical accounting across AOI’s global operations, while building a high‑performing financial reporting team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial reporting with SEC filing ownership.
• Active CPA with public company experience.
• Strong US GAAP, revenue recognition, intercompany, lease, and stock-based compensation.
• SOX compliance experience and internal controls.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred; advanced Excel.
• Excellent written communication for memos and audit materials.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy).
• Draft MD&A and disclosures; ensure clarity of intercompany disclosures.
• Lead assessment of new accounting standards and rulings.
