Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the budget and financial operations across the network. You will partner with hospital CFOs, physician groups, and corporate leaders to implement budgets, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for improved profitability.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in a matrixed healthcare organization. Travel up to 25% is expected to support budgeting and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in management, business, accounting or finance or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the budget and financial operations of Allegheny Health Network within the company.
• Partner with leaders to drive achievement of current year and multi-year financial commitments.
• Direct annual and three-year planning efforts with CFOs and senior leaders across AHN network.
• Own operating expense budgeting and ensure timely, accurate processes.
• Support financial closing and prepare variance analyses for reports.
